Our Story

LGWE was founded by Endora Mackrodt, a sales strategist with nearly a decade of experience in sales, sales operations, and revenue growth across startups and established companies.

Before starting LGWE, Endora worked in senior sales roles, including serving as Head of Sales for a major software company, where she led revenue strategy, sales execution, and operational scaling. Throughout her career, she helped companies build pipelines, structure sales processes, and grow revenue in competitive markets.

While the systems worked on paper, Endora repeatedly saw the same challenge:
sales was often treated as a numbers game rather than a relationship-driven process. Growth was pursued through volume and pressure, instead of clarity, trust, and alignment.

At the same time, Endora had moved from Brazil to Germany, rebuilding her career and life in a new country, culture, and language. That experience reshaped her perspective on business, resilience, and partnership. It reinforced a belief that sustainable growth comes from authenticity, personalization, and strong foundations, not shortcuts.

LGWE began by supporting small online service businesses through Done-For-You lead generation.
